O Realty International attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are, taking into account the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law.

Data collected

When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we receive the information you choose to share with us (for example your name, your number, your email address and your message). These exchanges go through the services you use (WhatsApp, your email provider, your phone operator), under their own terms.

When you fill in a form: name, email, phone, preferred language and, if you choose to provide them, country of residence, plans, property type, preferred area, budget and purchase timeline, message and contact preference, as well as the page from which your request was sent and, where applicable, the advertising campaign that brought you to the website (“utm” parameters).

Purposes

• To answer your request and present properties that match your search;
• to follow up on your property project;
• to measure, in aggregate, the effectiveness of our communication channels.

The legal basis is your consent, given when you send the form, and our legitimate interest in answering the requests we receive.

Recipients and retention

Your data is intended exclusively for Ori Yair-Levy (O Realty). It is never sold or rented. It may be passed on, with your agreement, to the professionals involved in your project (lawyer, bank). It is kept for a maximum of three years after our last exchange. Requests sent through the website forms are transmitted to WeBot, the customer relationship management software we use to handle them, which acts on our behalf.

Cookies and audience measurement

This website does not use advertising cookies. The audience measurement described below is turned on only with your consent. Information about where your visit came from is kept in your browser only for the duration of your browsing session. If you choose a language, that choice is saved in your browser (no cookie) so it is not offered again; it is not sent to anyone.

Google Analytics (only with your consent). If you accept it in the banner shown during your visit, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) to measure website traffic statistically: pages and properties viewed, clicks on contact buttons, form submissions (without your name, e-mail, phone number or message), where the visit came from (referring website, “utm” parameters), country, device type. It sets cookies (“_ga”) kept for 13 months at most; Google signals and ad personalisation are turned off. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Without your consent, nothing is loaded from Google. Your choice is kept for 6 months; you can change it at any time from the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page, which deletes the measurement cookies.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes the technical connection data (such as the IP address) needed for the security and operation of the website.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at Ori@ORealtyServices.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
