Exceptional Villa in Poria Illit — Panoramic View over the Sea of Galilee

Perched on the clifftop heights of Poria Illit, this exceptional villa faces the Sea of Galilee. The Kinneret stretches out below, with the Golan Heights as a backdrop: a rare panorama that accompanies every moment of the day.

A panoramic view over the Kinneret

From the pool, the terraces and the living spaces, the eye takes in the whole lake. The large picture windows of the living room open onto this landscape, as does the balcony adjoining one of the bedrooms.

Wellbeing and the art of living

Around the pool, a sauna, a jacuzzi and an outdoor kitchen invite you to make the most of the Galilee climate, from morning through to summer evenings. Inside, underfloor heating and a surround sound system complete the home’s amenities.

The property

The villa offers 250 m² of built area on a 400 m² plot, in Poria Illit, a quiet residential village set on the ridge overlooking the south-western shore of the lake, a few minutes from Tiberias.
